The point of this question is to get you used to looking up values in a t-table. While I don't have the exact table in your textbook, many are similar. I'll use one of the ones I have. I find the entry for 19 degrees of freedom and find the two values which are closest to 1.95 and lookup the 1-tailed p-values. I find the entries 1.729 and 2.093 and the p-value of .05 and .025.
