The parameters you use are the number of kids dancing, the total number selected, the probability of a kid dancing and either the cumulative probability of exact probability.
So, type =BINOMDIST(4,10,0.2,FALSE) and you should get the exact probablity of .088, or there is about an 8.8% chance if you select 10 kids, exactly 4 will have danced. For more detailed calculations on the Binomial Distribution see question 175
