You can use the percentile to z-score calculator and enter .25 and be sure to select one-sided since you are looking for just the area below 25%. You should get the z-score of  -0.6746.

For the t-score, you need to provide the sample size. The t-score is like a modified z-score but uses the degrees of freedom (in this case 1 less than the sample size).  A t-score with a very large sample size (say above 1000) will have almost identical z and t-scores.
