No answer provided yet.The difference is usually just that ZST(Z Short Term) contains a shift of 1.5 standard deviations added to the z-score to account for the process drift over long periods of time. The ZLT (Z Long-Term) does not contain the shift and so will resemble the z-scores from the standard normal curve
